Mr. Erik Worst

In October 2019, Mr. Erik Jan Worst was in Portugal.

Mr. Erik Jan Worst is the son of the late Prof. Dr. Jan Worst, father of Worst lenses, later Artisan&Artiflex and founder of Ophtec Company.

It was an opportunity to visit Clínica Oftalconde and exchange memories with Dr. Conde, Director of Clínica Oftalconde, who contributed to the success of Artisan & Artiflex lenses in Portugal.

The first Artisan lenses were implanted at the Centro Hospitalar do Porto, approximately 30 years ago, with the collaboration of Dr. Conde.
