Sampaio twins underwent myopia and astigmatism correction surgery, with intra-ocular colammer lens implantation. The surgery was a success and visual recovery was fast. At the postoperative visit, they were already seeing well and very cheerful. The surgery was carried out by Dr. Tiago Monteiro and the implanted lenses were designed, taking into account the graduation characteristics and the shape and anatomy of each twin eye.
