Extreme DSAEK - Endothelial Transplantation

On July 10, Dr. Luís Oliveira, performed a demonstration of DSAEK (Descemet’s stripping automated endotelial queratoplasty).

DSAEK is the standard technique for corneal transplantation and, using videos and images, it has been proven that, in almost all cases of endothelial decompensation, even in situations with very poor corneal transparency, or with other associated pathologies, it's possible to perform this technique.
